Megumi is passionate about teaching and she has experience of working with people from the age of three to adults. She is a teacher at Royal College of Music Junior Department.

She has worked under Prof. Rashkovsky at London Music Masters as a teacher and familiar with ABRSM exams and music scholarship auditions.

Megumi's students perform in various concerts and competitions include twice yearly students' concerts in Chelsea accompanied by a pianist or ensemble.

For young students of primary school age and below, and those aiming to apply for music scholarships, whenever possible Megumi meets them for twice weekly lessons in which we also cover music theory.

Location
Lessons take place in the Fulham/Parsons Green area.

Fee

£60 per hour

For young children it is possible to have shorter lessons if wanted, however it would be the same fee as

1 hour.

- Payment for regular lessons
Fee is charged monthly in advance.

During the last week of the month, lesson schedule for the following month will be discussed and you will receive an invoice for the next month which is due on the last day of the month.

For example, for the payment for February, you will receive an invoice at the last week of January, and payment is due on the 31st January.

If payment is delayed, £60 late payment charge will apply.

Extra lessons may be available if discussed with Megumi in advance.

- Payment for irregular lessons
(lessons only during the holidays, cover lessons while student’s teacher is away etc)
Fee is same as regular lessons and all policies apply

Consultation lesson / trial lesson
Free of charge
Usually this will be 30min-45min

Cancellation
If the lesson is cancelled by Megumi, you will receive a refund.
If the lesson is cancelled by students, there will be no refund.

Re-scheduling a lesson
If our previously agreed lesson day/time has become unavailable because of students, Megumi will try to re-schedule if possible.
However if not possible, this lesson will be seen as cancellation and no refund will be made.

Arriving late
For students arriving late for lessons, lessons will finish at scheduled time.
